I. Property
management in Rakovski Village
Keys and documents holding related with the

Property inspection – twice a month -

Assisting with renting a car; organizing
air-port transfers – on request
Assisting with delivering food welcome pack
for owners/guests arrival
Full owners support during their stay in

Annual management fee /covering

Swimming pool maintenance in
Rakovski Village
Springtime fitting – single visit:
pool walls and flooring cleaning, filling with
fresh water, treating with the needed chemicals,
filters cleaning and fitting, pump prophylaxis,
removing the pool cover – pool ready for use.
Summer cleaning – single visit:
during the summer season when the pool is in
use, check on the chemicals in the water and if
needed - treating, filters and pump check up and
cleaning.
Winterization – single visit:
preparing the pool for the winter months, using
appropriate chemicals for the water to avoid
freezing, remove the pool pump, pool beams
fitting for the pool cover, pool cover placing.
Maintenance contract – covering the
whole spring-summer season:
- Springtime fitting:
pool walls and flooring cleaning, filling with
fresh water, treating with the needed chemicals,
filters cleaning and fitting, pump prophylaxis,
removing the pool cover – pool ready for use;

summer season: check on the chemicals in the

Garden maintenance in Rakovski Village
Single Visits - We will carry out a
single visit to your garden to cut the grass,
tidy the flower beds, trim hedges and prune
trees or shrubs, turf laying etc.
Lawn Cutting - We can visit your
garden at a period per your requirements to cut
your lawn throughout the year. We will charge a
set price per visit for the service and supply
all the machinery needed to keep your lawn
looking neat and tidy.
Garden Maintenance Contract - This
service is perfect for those who are too busy or
unable to look after their garden and can
include: Grass cutting, Hedge cutting, Pruning,
Border maintenance, Feeding the lawn/shrubs,
Weed control, pond maintenance - according your
own garden needs.

receive after free of charge inspection on site.
IV. Holiday
letting service - Rental Management in
Rakovski Village
Property advertise in our web site and other
related ones; in local Medias and newspapers
Organizing cleaning and laundry before/after
the guests arrival/departure
Receiving a reservation deposit from the
guests for the bookings and transfer it into
owner’s Bulgarian Bank account
Accommodating the guests in the arrival day
Full support to the guests during their stay
– information for interesting places near by –
restaurants, shops, sightseeing etc.; assisting
for renting a car; assistant in emergency
situations etc.
Collecting rest of the payment on guests
arrival and transfer into owner’s Bulgarian Bank
Account
Sending owners regular bank statements
Non EU guests – police registration after
there arrival which is obligatory by the law
Booking calendar diary and updates
We are giving an individual approach to each
holiday home. That is why we advertise each
property individually, finding the right way for
promoting it. We are specialized in the
Bulgarian Holiday market and most of our guests
are Bulgarian. We are reporting to the owners
for all reservations and bookings, so you know
exactly when your property is been booked, total
amount paid from the guests and received into
your bank account.
The property
advertises is free of charge. Our letting fee is
15% from the
rental income amount when there are bookings
done through us.
